HOW?
- All inputs can be recorded in a flip charts, sticky notes, white boards or other methods.
- In subsequent sessions, the collected ideas can be categorized and ranked to come out with the best solutions to be implemented
DO’s
- Ensure ideal group size to encourage participation by everyone as larger the group,the ideas get diluted
- Encourage participation by each and everyone. Hence a good facilitator is mandate
- Ensure to stick to the agenda and not go off-track. Facilitator role is very important
- An undisturbed environment to foster thinking.
- Encourage creative thinking ie., out of the box thinking
DON’Ts
- Do not judge any idea as good or bad. Keep collating the ideas. Judging the ideas interrupts the flow of ideas
